朱洋洋，博士，讲师。2024年毕业于安徽农业大学生命科学学院，获生物学理学博士学位。主要从事肠道屏障功能稳态、衰老机制研究、液液相分离对相关生物功能的调控作用。目前主持国家自然科学基金青年项目 1 项，校级科研项目1项，校级教学项目1项。已在相关领域发表 SCI 期刊论文多篇。承担本科生《食品生物技术导论》《系统生物学》《发酵工程》等课程的教学任务。
